We do not store your information or have access to your credit / debit card details these are held by the secure third party payment processor Paypal.
Please note - we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
In the unlikely event that you do no receive your item within 2 weeks (UK) and 3 weeks (any other location), then you must submit a claim with the UK Royal Mail. A Certificate of posting will be provided to you as proof that we sent the item, and you must fill in form P58 available from any UK Post Office or available to download online at

We can also make the claim on your behalf and refund you once the Royal Mail has admitted the item has been lost, this could take anything up to 8 weeks depending on your location.
Our address details are clearly displayed on the rear of all items we send, if we receive a packet back as undelivered then the recipient will be immediately refunded on request.
For the benefit of the customer, we reserve the right not to post any items which we deem the address to be incorrect or incompleted, for example street names with no numbers, incomplete Zip / Post Codes and Untitled recipients and to withold these orders until the customer contacts us
Because of the volume of orders we have it is unfeasible to have to send reminders to customers asking them to confirm their address.
In the event of a customer providing an incorrect address and us sending the order to the incorrect address then we hold no responsbility towards the customer to refund or replace the item.
